Sugar in Drinks

If you saw someone putting 10 packets of sugar in their coffee or tea you would think they were nuts, right?

Well that is how many sugar packets are in a can of soda.
Even worse, a 32oz soft drink has 20 packets of sugar!

Excess sugar causes obesity. Obesity can kill. Obesity kills almost as many people every year as smoking.

So what are some healthy options if you are a soda drinker?
  • Herbal Tea
  • Water
  • Diet Soft Drinks
